Once the Ranger for the Green Triad, Jax dove into a bottle when his Triad was Broken, and hasn't come out since. Among the deadliest of fighters in Tir na n'Og -- when he's sober -- he's lethal not only with his composite recurve bow, but with the oak-handled woodsman's axe that hangs from his side; hence, the name. When he can stay on his feet, he fights for the honor and glory of the Green Faction. Fortunately for his enemies, that's rare enough.

Jax is played by Dameon Willich, creator and director of the Seattle Knights. Actor, combat choreographer, costumer, historian, and avid horseman, he has worked in several films, including The Postman and The Silent One. He is a well-known fantasy artist/illustrator, whose work has embellished album covers, books, magazines, fantasy role-playing games, comics, and cards for Magic: The Gathering by Wizards of the Coast.
