Rena Watts
Rena Watts has been passionately involved in theater from a very young age, doing commercials and working with the University of Washington drama school before starting kindergarten. She grew up on stage, working behind the scenes in school theaters and drama departments, usually among yards of fabric, creating costumes. Her love of history and fantasy drew her to become involved with an international society focused on the medieval era, but didn't quite scratch the "performance" itch, and not long after Dameon Willich started the Seattle Knights in 1992, Rena jumped at the chance to live her dreams. One of the earliest members of the Seattle Knights, she achieved the rank of Ironlord in 2004, becoming the first to earn that rank (which means achieving recognized mastery of all levels of foot and horse combat). Her combined love of history and theater are put to good use with the Seattle Knights, and she proudly continues to create costumes, and to ride, joust, and swing swords!
