Tir na n'Og - The Codes of Ohma - The Factions - The tainted - To be chosen - Triads, Ironlords, & Triumphants
Tir na n'Og
Cross the Mists, if you dare, to the enchanted land of Tir na n'Og.
Enter a world of mystery and magic, of myth and menace, where wonder and danger walk hand-in-hand and adventure waits around every corner. A place where valiant champions and villainous scoundrels battle on the field of honor. A place populated with elves, koshka, trolls, and unicorns. It has been known by many names, but to those who understand its secrets, it is Tir na n'Og, the land of the Sidhe, a world just across the Mists from our own.
The Sidhe, or faerie folk, and humans share this enchanted place, not always peacefully. Cousins they may be, but there is little harmony between the children of Lilith and those of Eve. Dragons and dwarfs hold the mountains, griffins and gargoyles soar through the skies, and unicorns and elves are equally at home in the deep, dark forests. And over man and monster alike rule the Tuatha du Dannan, the Greater Fey, once worshipped as gods, now the overlords of Tir na n'Og. They may be obeyed with love or with loathing, but they are obeyed, their will enforced by trios of handpicked human champions called Triads.
A Triad member's life is usually brief but glorious, for they become legends, their valiant deeds and feats of heroism passed on in song and story. For those few who survive Triad service and all the dangers it brings in its wake, the merest handful-the strongest, the cleverest, the bravest-may be chosen for still greater glory. Spirited away into the Mists to the homes of the Greater Fey, they are groomed to become supreme warrior-guardians of the land, answerable to nothing but Tir na n'Og itself. These are the Ironlords.
There is no higher honor than to be chosen for such service, and many strive to prove themselves worthy. Mighty Cavaliers, the warrior-knights; crafty Rangers, light fighters of skill and cunning; and Mystics, wielders of magical powers, strive against monsters, villains, rogues, ruffians, and one another in order to shine in the eyes of the ever-vigilant Fey. These aspirants are the Seattle Knights, who battle for honor and glory before the cheering crowds!
So, welcome traveler! Cross the Mists, if you dare...and may the Fey let you leave again when they're through with you...
